Shipping policy

 

Most orders ship in 24-48 hours. 

We will ship as soon as your order is able to be filled.

We (SDC PARTS LLC dba San Diego Customs) are not responsible for delayed delivery due to the carrier (USPS, UPS etc) not meeting their delivery date.

We (SDC PARTS LLC dba San Diego Customs) are not responsible for LOST or STOLEN packages or packages where the tracking number states the package has been delivered but custom claims no package has been delivered.

If a product says delivered and you file a claim with SDC PARTS LLC dba San Diego Customs for a lost/stolen/missing/etc product/products, we are not liable to replace the product/products but we will file a claim with the carrier.  If the claim is approved we will refund you or reship the product/products to you.  If the claim is denied we will not be liable to refund or reship the product/products. 

IF THE TRACKING NUMBER STATES PRODUCT HAS BEEN DELIVERED WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE TO REPLACE OR REFUND SAID ITEM OR ITEMS.

If you purchase Shipping protection for your order we do guarantee & protect your order from damage, loss, or theft but will not replace or refund orders that the tracking states have been delivered!  If you claim your package was stolen, we will require a police report for order replacement.
