CUSTOM MOTORCYCLE PROMOTIONAL GIVEAWAY
OFFICIAL RULES**

A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. SPONSOR

The San Diego Customs Custom Motorcycle Promotional Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by:

SDC PARTS LLC dba San Diego Customs
(“Sponsor”)

Sponsor is solely responsible for the administration of this Giveaway.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Sponsor, as well as anyone professionally connected with the Giveaway, are not eligible to participate.

Void where prohibited by law.

3. GIVEAWAY PERIOD

The Giveaway begins on the date the first entry is issued and ends when 350 total entries have been received (“Giveaway Period”).

Once all 350 entries have been issued, the Giveaway will close and a winner will be selected as described below.

4. HOW TO ENTER

A. Purchase Entry Method

Participants may receive one (1) Giveaway entry by purchasing one (1) San Diego Customs Limited Edition Keychain from Sponsor’s website while supplies last.

  • Each keychain corresponds to one unique, pre-assigned number (001–350)

  • Limit one entry per person

  • Purchasing more than one keychain does not increase odds of winning

B. Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)

To enter without making a purchase, send a handwritten request including:

  • Full legal name

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • Mailing address

Requests must be postmarked during the Giveaway Period.
Limit one (1) free entry per person.

All eligible free entries will be assigned a number identical in format to purchased entries and will have equal odds of winning.

5. PRIZE

One (1) Winner will receive:

  • One (1) custom-built Harley-Davidson motorcycle built by San Diego Customs

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): Varies based on build components and customization.

Prize is awarded as-is with no warranties, express or implied, except where required by law.

Winner is solely responsible for:

  • All applicable taxes

  • Registration, licensing, insurance

  • Transportation, title transfer, and compliance with state and federal laws

No cash alternative or substitution permitted, except at Sponsor’s discretion.

6. WINNER SELECTION & ODDS

After all 350 entries have been issued, one entry number will be randomly selected.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received (maximum 350).

The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designee using a random selection method.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION

The potential winner will be notified using the contact information provided at entry.

If the selected entrant:

  • Cannot be contacted within 7 days

  • Is found ineligible

  • Fails to complete required documentation

An alternate winner may be selected.

8. TAXES

Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with receipt of the prize. A Form 1099 may be issued where required by law.

9. PUBLICITY RELEASE

By accepting the prize, the winner grants Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, image, and entry number for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Sponsor is not responsible for:

  • Lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries

  • Technical failures of any kind

  • Any injury, loss, or damage related to acceptance or use of the prize

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor from any and all claims arising from participation in the Giveaway.

11. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to:

  • Disqualify any entrant who violates these rules

  • Cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or other factors compromise its integrity

This Giveaway is not a raffle or lottery and is conducted as a promotional giveaway in accordance with applicable California law.

12. GOVERNING LAW

This Giveaway shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. WINNER LIST

The winner’s first name and last initial may be posted on Sponsor’s website and social media channels after verification.

Requests for winner information may be submitted in writing to Sponsor.
